Stainless Steel Tips & Compact Fringing Helpful Hints: For hand fringing, use a metal paper clamp (bulldog clip) to hold one side of the paper strip. This will prevent you from cutting all the way through the paper! To cut the time in half, fold the strip in half and start fringing at the fold!
